Catching up on some Hiroshima eats...
Dinner at Tomisuke, a restaurant specializing in fish. It's a small place run by a husband and wife where you choose a fish and how you want it prepared. We got one sashimi, fried and simmered.

Only counter seats. The husband is the chef.
Had some Hiroshima Sake with my meal.
