Before going to see the hydrangeas, we left early to beat the line to have breakfast at Bills. Its a short walk from the Shichirigahama Station on the Enoden.
Bills is located upstairs.
Interior.
Ricotta Pancakes with Banana, which they are famous for. The Ricotta was not overpowering and the pancakes were super fluffy.
Sweetcorn Fritters with Roasted Tomato and Bacon.
This is the view from the restaurant... too bad it wasn't sunny. The atmosphere reminded me of Southern California (although the chef is Australian). I would love to go back on a nice day for cocktails or a glass of wine!
